Platform Terms and Conditions of Use nm9

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the nm9.bar website and all services provided by nm9 ("Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the nm9 Platform, you agree to be fully bound by this Agreement.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the nm9 Platform. nm9 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the nm9 Platform following any amendments to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

To use the nm9 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration and while using the platform.
• Not residing in any jurisdiction that prohibits or restricts participation in online gaming.
• Not an employee, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of an nm9 employee or its business partners.
• Registering under your own name and not on behalf of another person.
• Not currently enrolled in any self-exclusion program from any gambling platform.

Nm9 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension or permanent closure.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) nm9 account only. Owning more than one account – whether under a different name, email address, phone number, or payment method – is strictly prohibited.

• You are fully responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You must keep your nm9 account password confidential and must not share your login credentials with anyone.

Nm9 processes withdrawal requests promptly – typically within 5 minutes for e-wallet methods and up to 24 hours for bank transfers. However, actual processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for your deposit (except in certain circumstances approved by the nm9 team).
• Full KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Nm9 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving withdrawal requests that exceed certain limits.
• Any balance derived from fraudulent activity, system manipulation, or violations of nm9's terms is not eligible for withdrawal.

• Game results generated by the RNG (Random Number Generator) system are final and cannot be contested.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, nm9 will endeavour to resolve the situation fairly based on system records.
• Nm9 reserves the right to void or declare invalid any bet placed as a result of a technical error, incorrect price display, or system malfunction.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage in gameplay is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Nm9 users are prohibited from doing the following:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or in any dealings with nm9.
• Using your nm9 account for any illegal activity, including money laundering.
• Transferring or selling your nm9 account to another party.
• Colluding with other players to cheat the system.
• Using any technical method or software to exploit vulnerabilities in nm9's games or systems.

Nm9 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the specified timeframe.
• Account closure requested by the user themselves.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

• Nm9 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Nm9 is not liable for delays or failures caused by factors beyond our control, including internet disruptions, third-party server failures, or natural disasters.
• Nm9's liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited in the 30 days prior to the claim.
